The Mandela Washington Fellowship is a U.S. State Department program under the Young African Leadership Initiative. Since 2021, I have served as the Administrative Director for the University of Minnesota's Leadership in Public Management Institute.

I am working as a qualitative analyst for a project nestled under a larger prison doula study supported by the National Institutes of Health

Lead Qualitative Researcher


Developed interview protocol, conducted interviews, and created base codebook for an ongoing study related to the experience of Asian American and Pacific Islander students well-being and career development post-COVID.


Alimah International


Lead business development activities to oversee the continuous pursuit of growth opportunities for an initiative aimed at connecting Africa-based and U.S.-based female scholars.


Explorative Academy for Global and Local Engagement (E.A.G.L.E.)


Designed and facilitated an intercultural engagement cohort supported by the provost's office.


Focus Group Facilitator


Co-led a focus group and data analysis to understand the mental health of graduate students in the department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development.


Grant Evaluation for After School Programs


Evaluated subgrantee applications for a U.S. Department of Education initiative focused on after-school programs.


Program Evalutation


Subcontracted to provide program and outcome evaluation for U.S. Department of State-funded exchange program.


Facilitator for Academic Learning Community


Co-led a faculty and staff learning community on supporting international students across two semesters.
